The community allows up to 5 cars per unit to enter the resort.
Vehicles must not be parked on the sidewalk nor on the grass. Street parking is not pemitted.
There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.
Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1-Cost: $75 per day. 2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Attached spa is not a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature. It does not have jets.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The house was well equipped for a large group. The bedrooms were a nice size. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out while still being together and the host was very responsive when the pool heat was not working.
The house was nice and clean. It was great for our family of 25 for our vaction . Kids enjoy the pool and game room . The resort pool was nice which we paid for i just wish it was include in price of the house . The only complaint was parking in the neighborhood it took us sometime 1-2 hours to look for parking and we had to walk blocks or have family to come pick us up to get back to the house. there little to no parking where the house is actually at . Beside it a good vacation

Infested with roaches
This was our family's second time staying in this property. We rebooked bcuz we really enjoyed our first visit. However, this time the property was infested with roaches. Management communicated with us very well but unfortunately there was nothing they could really do to rectify the situation while we were there. We were there for the Thanksgiving holiday from Wednesday through Sunday. We had family fly in from other States. Even though management tried to find another property for us there was nothing available that could accommodate our large family. Which is why we booked this property in the first place. I am in the real estate business and although I understand that management could not control the fact that the property was infested; I feel that they should have known this before our arrival. I felt that management failed to properly exterminate the property prior to our arrival and they unfairly compensate us for not being able to use the property as we hoped. We were here for Thanksgiving holiday, the largest cooking holiday ever. We were unable to comfortably cook in the kitchen because there were roaches on the countertops, under-the-table, roaches everywhere and they were baby roaches. Master vacation only agreed to give us 30% of our daily rate because we did not check out and leave. We had to cancel all events planned to be had at the property. We had to eat out as opposed to cooking staying in and enjoying family. Definitely not a good experience.

Our inspection and cleaning team are exceptionally careful in taking care of our home. Our team is very dedicated and works day and night to check in with our guests and assist when needed. There is dedicated 24/7 support for all the inquiries and reports guests may have.
During the inspection pre-check-in, there was no issue found with the unit. We understand how important it is to have all aspects of the home in perfect condition and we strive by always doing our best and delivering spectacular homes.

These bugs and critters are common in Florida, nevertheless, there are extensive steps taken to prevent the critters from being intrusive to the guest's stay. The pest control team uses a treatment method that is safe for us humans, but lethal to bugs.
Communication is our top priority and that is reflected in the team that we have. The staff is always supportive and eager to help. The team is never rude and will never leave a call unanswered.
