Perfectly set up for a single traveler. Plenty of on street parking. Lots of storage and closet space so I didn't have to live out of my suitcase. James was super responsive to questions and concerns.

Great stay, note that the entrance is into a washroom but that's totally fine since you can lock that door when you enter. The door into the remainder of the house is locked permanently so you can sleep with peace of mind.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is comfortable, cozy and quiet. The only problem was the refrigerator which is dreadfully loud, but the host gracefully agreed to turn it off before my arrival. I recommend this room, it suited all my needs.
