House a few steps from Ferradura beach in Buzios - RJ, the house is on the street behind the beach; very spacious and complete; with swimming pool, hot tub (not heated), barbecue, sauna, balcony, kids' area (bouncy castle for children), tree house, beautiful fire pit, great garden and parking. Excellent house with plenty of space to have fun with family and friends.

House rules for cowrie shells:
House for up to 13 guests.
1. Guests must provide their full name and ID number.
2- The house is only rented with the caretakers present, who are responsible for cleaning the pool and maintaining the gardens. However, they stay in the caretaker's house.
3 - Guests must respect the quiet hours (9:00 am and 10:00 pm).
4 - The house has security monitoring cameras.
5 - Electricity is not included. The metre will be used to record consumption during the guest's stay upon arrival, and payment must be made before departure. The final reading, amounting to (R$ 1.30 / Watts) consumed during the stay, will be paid via Pix or TED.
6 - It is not permitted to remove objects, decorations, furniture, and items from their place or from the house. It is not permitted to tamper with the internet installation or any other installation in the house, subject to fines and penalties. If there is...
If anything—objects, electronics, appliances, furniture, etc.—is damaged, broken, or out of place, the corresponding value must be paid for, and the item must be replaced by the owner with an identical item.
7- For your best stay, bring your toiletries and any shopping you'll need.
8 - Keep the place clean.
9 - Small or medium-sized pets are allowed, however, it is mandatory to inform us and there will be a fee of R$200.00 per pet, to be paid via Pix or TED before the guest's arrival.
10 - It is essential to respect the quiet hours established by law from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM; failure to comply is subject to penalties.
11- In case of damage to furniture, appliances, electronics, objects, and/or any item in the house, the value of the damage, the repair, or the value of a new item will be charged.
12 - The laundry, linen, and sanitisation fee is charged separately, amounting to R$ 500.00, to be paid via Pix or TED before the guest's arrival.
13- Guests must sign a private contract with all the necessary information.
14- Parties are not allowed!
15- We are a residential street, so LOUD MUSIC is NOT ALLOWED! Neither during the day nor at night! Subject to penalties, fines, as well as cancellation and suspension of reservations!
