Amazing!

Had a wonderful stay! Easy access to Pagosa Springs. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to relax with lots of seating for the four of us. Will stay here again!

Beautiful Home in the Mountains

Gorgeous, well maintained home in the mountains buy only 7 min from grocery stores and restaurants. Beautiful views and walking trails nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay in Pagosa Springs

The home was well appointed and beautifully decorated. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood. The only "wildlife" were the deer. We enjoyed our brief stay a lot and hope to return.

I can’t believe this house was available for NYE!!! It was so beautiful and conveniently located. I would highly recommend this home if you are considering a trip to Pagosa Springs. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

This house was great and my family really enjoyed it. House was well equipped with the essentials and was cozy. The house was clean and booking was easy. Had a minor issue while staying with the kitchen sink but was promptly fixed by the management company!

House was just wonderful, so sensibly and beautifully furnished, kitchen fully equipped, everything we needed and then some. Loved the porch with fire pit. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We’ll be back!

We stay in a lot of VRBO properties. This one is fantastic. Better than the pictures. As advertised, everything works, nice fire place, large smart TV, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, beds are good. ( I’m a bed snob), nice patio. Driveway is flat… great during the winter. One story— no stairs .Location was good- Cul-de-sac. Would recommend.

Great house

Great open house, very clean and had everything we needed! Only thing we had an issue with was the internet- it’s not great. If you are trying to stream tv apps or having to be on your phone/computer it is very spotty, even after the owner re-set it.

Beautiful home!

The home is at the end of a culture-de-sac. The area is a little busy so this was nice. The home is new and beautiful. The kitchen was amazing. It was a chefs dream kitchen! New everything. and it was so nice having cookware that was in a perfect condition. The beds were comfortable and the carpet was nice and clean. Staying in a new house was the best!!! The only down side I can possibly find, is the location. It is in a beautiful spot, but it is about 15-20 minute drive back to town. But that is the way all of Pagosa is.
