With direct water access from your back door, The Retreat sleeps up to 7 people.

The main bedroom has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, double on the bottom and a single on top, and the lounge room has a double sofa bed.

This beautiful villa is surrounded by 100 acres of land with an abundance of wildlife and total tranquility.

The villa is fully fenced is a beautiful rural setting and has plenty of space to relax, go for a walk, and plenty of parking for cars, boats, etc

Although not too far from wineries, the Mighty Murray and many historic towns. Bring your boat, jet ski, all your water sport toys and don’t forget the fishing rods.

The main boat ramp can be accessed through the back gate and is a minute drive.

With only 2 minutes drive to Rushworth township which has a supermarket, bakery, butcher, chemist, ice creamery, medical centre and a variety of cafes, bric a brac shops and 2 pubs and a courtesy bus is available too.
