Luxury furnished two bedroom, two bath condominium with garage in sunny Scottsdale! This two level condo is located in Parkview Villas of Scottsdale and is approximately 1100 s.f. Our condo features a large master suite on the upper floor which includes a comfortable king size bed, walk in closet, Restoration Hardware furniture, 48” Samsung Smart T.V., and master bathroom with walk in shower.

The main level has a beautiful living room with a cozy fireplace, dining area that includes comfortable seating for six, a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer area, full size second bathroom with a garden tub. The second bedroom that has a King bed with a sliding door to the balcony and a T.V. with DVD player. A queen size blow up bed is included for extra guests.

The single car garage is included and has private access to the condo. There is also outside parking as well.

Relax on the oversized Arizona Leather couch or leather chair with ottoman in the living room which includes a new 60” Samsung 4k Smart t.v. with Cox cable service, Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player, and a video library of over 20 DVD’s.

The office desk has a quick connect HP one wire hookup to Monitor and printer with remote keyboard and mouse. Wifi is super high speed Cox with an upgraded router.

Parkview Villas has a private year round heated pool, jacuzzi spa, and community BBQ just steps away. There is also a free Scottsdale shuttle stop just outside of the complex. Parkview Villas is a great place to be as it is a quite, safe, and relaxing.

Our condo is located in the heart of it all, with Old Town Scottsdale just minutes away. This area features a rich variety of restaurants, nightlife, art galleries, shops, malls, golf courses, Casinos, and beautiful walking and hiking areas. The community is also conveniently placed within one mile of the 101 (North and South) and just two miles to the 202 (East and West) freeways with a close proximity to Arizona State University (2-3 miles).

One of the best features of Parkview Villas is that it borders Vista Del Camino Park and has a private access gate to the “Greenbelt”. The Greenbelt is over 10 miles long, and is the most popular place in the area for walking, running, biking, and skating. There are sports fields, fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, splash park, an 18 hole disc golf course and more.

If you like Spring Training Baseball then this is a great rental for you. Scottsdale Stadium home of the San Francisco Giants is just 1.9 miles straight down N. Miller Road which is the same street as our condo. The new Sloan field is home of the World Champion Chicago Cubs and is only 4 miles away, while the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies play at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick which is only 7 miles away.

Best compliment I can give is I would stay here again. I love STRs for baseball tournaments. I need to wash clothes be close to fields and I like to eat more healthy and cook for myself. Great host very responsive. Can’t say enough good things.

Good location, short drive to just about everything. Comfortable condo in a quiet community. Enjoyed walking the park and the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The condo itself was nice, plenty of space for the two of us and a well equipped kitchen. We were very comfortable here.

Geographic location on the Green Belt and host responsiveness were both excellent. Most of the negatives I’m about to list are out of the host’s control but resulted in almost no sleep for the lighter sleepers in our family. The AC system was extremely noisy and needed to be run while we were inside as the dwelling had a stale musty smell otherwise. The noise from the various units’ garage chains beneath us sounded like a loud jet engine and neighboring dwelling units were using theirs all night/early morning directly beneath the main floor bedroom. A neighboring unit had guests arrive at 2:30AM while pumping their base through their car speakers in the alley and waking us up. Additionally, cars were drag racing up and down Miller Rd in the early AM. Finally, none of the bedrooms had blackout curtains despite the sun beating down on those windows and elevating the room temp substantially. If you’re light/noise sensitive, this isn’t the unit for you. If you sleep deeply, it’s a fantastic location with miles of bike trails right outside the complex.

Great location for your Buck

We had a wonderful week long stay at this location. The condo was really nice and clean, manager was very helpful with check in and the location was close to Scottsdale and other great hot spots. The rooms are spacious and the living room and kitchen are comfortable. There's a garage for parking but there was always an extra spot avail for guest parking. Pool and hot tub was an extra bonus.

Nice pool and proximity to Phoenix happenings

We came down as a family to visit family and watch some baseball games over spring break. The condo was nicely equipped and clean, and we spent hours each day enjoying the sun in the pool and hot tub area. The garage parking was nice as well. It was about 20 minutes to get downtown or to the northern areas of Phoenix.

Nice place in good location

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The owner gave very clear instructions and the place was what I expected. You can tell the building is older but has been well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub, walking trail behind the building, and the place was in good condition. Plenty of towels provided including towels for the pool which was nice. New appliances in the kitchen. It was nice having two full bathrooms. The beds were pretty firm but both bedrooms had ceiling fans which was nice. There were several places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend George's Gyros down the street if you like Greek food and Fate Brewing Co had good food and a great vibe. Overall it was a good experience and some place I would stay again.

My wife and I are from Montana and purchased this unit 6 years ago with the idea that we will use it in the winter months when we get more toward retirement age. We rented it long term since the time we purchased it to some girls we knew from Montana which worked out great for us all. We decided to furnish the condo and use it a few times a year for family vacations while renting it as a vacation rental.

Why they chose this property

We love the area where our condo is located especially being near Old Town .The condo is also close to everything we like to do such as golf, bike, hike, shop, eat out etc. My wife wanted clean, comfortable, and safe which is exactly what our place is.

What makes this property unique

Having a garage is really a nice benefit as your car is protected from the elements and you never have to look for a parking spot.
