Wolegib Waterfront Retreat in Muskoka- Hot Tub!

Experience modern waterfront living in heart of Muskoka. Located on the Muskoka River, where it is calm and clean for swimming. Just 30 steps from your front door, the kids can play on our private beach area where they can easily wade into the water. From your private dock, you are a short boat ride to the large Mary Lake or take the locks right into Huntsville and explore Fairy Lake, Lake Vernon and Penn Lake. The cottage is situated on a private and lush 3 acres, but is conveniently just minutes from downtown Huntsville which features great shopping and restaurants.

Across from the river is conservation space so there's no close neighbors from any direction. Our backyard has a large playground for the kids and space for outdoor activities. The rec room features a ping pong table, kids toys, a tv and plenty of lounge space. Endless fun!!

The Cottage is new, modern, very well maintained, and has all the amenities.
***Must have good winter tires or all wheel drive in the winter****

Boat rentals available through Mary Lake Marina and Huntsville Marina

2 adult kayaks, 2 kids kayaks and 1 canoe available (only adult life jackets provided)

Main Street of Huntsville is less than a 10 min drive away and features great restaurants,shops and parks. Many community events downtown in the summer.
Arrowhead provincial park has many winter activities including skating, tubing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Please Note: The roads into the property are well plowed, but you Must have good winter tires or all wheel drive to access the property during winter months due to steep hills.

8 Adult life jackets available- please bring your own infant/child life jackets as those are not provided.

Of course in the summer it's known for it's lakes and miles of boating to enjoy. In the winter, you must experience Arrowhead Provincial parks world renown ice skating trail through the woods.
