THE LADY NELSON is a charming family holiday house in Sorrento.
The house is tastefully decorated with everything thought of for a family Beach break.
It is a 5 minute drive to Sorrento township or a 2 minute drive to the beautiful front beach.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a powder room.
The lounge & dining room are spacious with seating for 8 people , gas fire heater & a brand new Smart Tv.
Entertaining is effortless with a fabulous large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer.
The Alfresco area boasts undercover dining & a BBQ.
There is Wifi, Netflix & Evaporative cooling & heating through out.
A Communal Tennis court on the estate is available to the guest with tennis rackets & balls supplied at the house.
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES BOOKING
Bookings for any party group will be cancelled as this property is not suitable for these groups. The booking will only be accepted on the basis that guests agree to respect our neighbours and abide by our House Rules and the VIC Code of Conduct. Bookings that do not meet these requirements will be cancelled with a full refund
