We stopped here for 3 nights on a recent roadtrip. It was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and entertainment on a rainy day. It was convenient to downtown Spearfish amd the DC Booth Fish Hatchery. We would definitely stay here again.

The Spearfish Cottage

This home was PERFECT! A warm and cozy place to stay. Centrally located to everything. The Green Bean Coffee Shop next door was a life saver. Pam answered all our questions promptly, I highly recommend this place.

This was very first experience I had with a VRBO! It was great! Check in was super easy and the place was spotless!! Very nice decor and comfortable! Would recommend this property to family and friends. We had 3 adults and 2 children and it was just right! Location is blocks away from downtown and right next door to a very popular coffee shop! Would love to stay there again!!

Great little house

This was a great house for our family of 5. It was very clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies and it was located just a couple blocks from down town Spearfish. Plenty of parking in the back. We only had a single car but 2 trucks with trailers would have been able to fit easily if planning to bring four wheelers or SXS.

Clean, cozy, modern 2 bedroom cottage conveniently located a block from downtown Spearfish and a short drive to Spearfish Canyon. The cottage had all the amenities I was seeking in a rental: wi-fi, smart tv, washer/dryer, full kitchen with all necessary appliances and cold ac. Tastefully updated and decorated. 3-car private lot in the back to avoid any hassle of street parking. Coffeeshop right next door for those that need their morning fix (and afternoon and evening).

Great Place, Well Appointed

The house was exactly as described. We were notified of the construction next door but it was never a problem. We never heard the workers. We would stay there again. One suggestion is provide coasters for glasses to protect the furniture.

Wonderful stay at the Spearfish cottage. Excellent location on Main Street one block from the center of town and a very short drive to the northern entrance to Spearfish Canyon. Green Bean Coffeehouse right next door. Clean, cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom. The cottage had all the amenities I was looking for: fast wifi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, full kitchen and cool ac. Ample parking with private lot in the back for 3 cars. My first time staying in Spearfish and I couldn't have picked a better place for my stay.

There are some tricks to be comfortable in the house

The house was great and in a great location. We had some issues with the air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom. We were able to get it figured out, but the 1st night was rough for our guests to sleep. The house itself was awesome.

Tidy Place / Great Location

My friend and I come to Spearfish to ride the gravel roads. We want something relatively spacious and close to town. This place fits the bill! It is next door to a great coffee shop, and an easy walk to the business district. The kitchen is spacious, the bedrooms are comfy (very good linens and lots of pillows), and the extra room is perfect for storing our bikes. The only knock is the terrible tile job in the bathroom floor. The contractor should be fired! But no big deal.

Amazing with minor issues

It was a perfect place for a quick visit. Only issue we had was the bbq had no propane and we didn’t notice until after we had a great visit at the spearfish butcher. Luckily we had a bbq in our storage unit that we ran over and brought back to the house. We reached out to the owner and they got back to us. Told them we had it covered for now and not worry about it. Place was extremely clean and had everything else we needed. We will return in the future!!!

Spearfish getaway

This property is exactly as it appears on vrbo's pictures. Being close to downtown Spearfish was awesome. We use this little house as a central Hub to all our sightseeing and cycling endeavors. Pam the property manager simply just rocks! There was some people who stayed there before us with kids and I guess they moved all the remotes around and Pam came over and fixed it immediately. We will definitely be back.
