This condo is a 10 has everything you need. kitchen had everything you need as i cooked a lot. every time i sent a message to property owner/mgr the got back to me with a quick response. i highly recommend staying. The only thing i would say negitive regarding property is the hot tubs where very dirty snd lots of the tiles where missing. they really need redoing desperately. this does not reflect on owner of property but hoping he can pass on to who ever needs to know this.

Stayed here with my family. Loved the big balcony, was able to watch the snowfall in June! Walking distance to town, and a short distance drive to Banff.

Wedding in Canmore

We had a great stay, there were 3 of us there for a wedding and we all came and went as we wanted. The accommodation were perfect for our group to have some seperate spaces and also allowed us hang out comfortability. Staff were friendly and helpful. Poll was lovely. Nice place, would book again.

Girls Weekend

Pool area and condo were great! Despite reading earlier review citing concerns about cleanliness we had NO issues- clean and well stocked ( kitchen) and extra fans for hot days( as air con located in living room). King size bed was super comfy and nice pillows and roomy bedroom and ensuite. We had adults on the pull out and single beds and issues re: comfort. Easy check in at front desk. Also has hot tub access as well and easily walkable to downtown. Would return again :)

I would not recommend this condo. Very dirty, hair on the bedsheets, hair in the corners of the bathroom, glasses and cups were not clean. Cabinets were dusty and dirty and walls could use a scrub and major paint job. Pool area was great, the kids loved it. Building was old and run down. We will not be staying here again.

Great Family holiday

This property is an excellent location. Perfect amenities for a family of 6. The building itself is very hot! We believe the room temperature was a result of the overall building temperature, not the owner's suite. There is however, an AC unit in the living space. We were not in the unit at all during the day, only at night to sleep. The suite was clean and maintained. There are mountain views from the bedroom and living room. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiry. Pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Enjoyed the stay but couple of issues with the property. Main onsuit bathroom shower the water did not drain so could not use.The kitchen table and coffee table was very vobally and were scared that it might break. The condo is in an excellent location. Canmore is a great town - there are many restaurants and shops within an easy walk of the condo. The condo was clean, the pool area was great. The biggest complaint I have was the temperature in the condo. The temp would rise throughout the day, making evenings and sleeping very uncomfortable. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the living room with an exhaust hose that appears to have been taped to a plexiglass window pane. The tape no longer stuck to the window so the AC unit was of no value. I contacted to host and asked if there were any fans available to help move some of the cool night air into the condo from outside and she responded there were no fans (this was contrary to a sign on one of the windows advising fans were available upon request). Instead she suggested keeping the blinds closed during the day and opening the windows at night. We followed her advice but sleeping was still an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the property was nice. I would likely look elsewhere next time we are in Canmore, however.

Hello, I am glad you enjoyed Canmore and the unit. I have checked out the portable a/c unit. Double checked the hose and everything is working as it should. I do not recall any notes on the windows. We have never had portable fans available. Most find the temp very pleasant as it is moderate in the daytime cools in the evenings. Thank you.
