Beautiful and comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 full bath modern house is situated in Sag Harbor's convenient and tranquil waterfront community of North Haven. Three minute drive to Sag Harbor Village and a five minute walk to a community beach overlooking the Village and Shelter Island. The house was recently completely updated and modernized and boasts a large living room with gas fireplace and double height ceilings with clerestory windows all around. The lovely master suite is one wing of the house, separated from the other three guest rooms and office by the living room, kitchen and sunroom. Heated salt water gunite pool completes this idyllic scene. A great property for the exacting tenant.
