Charming, main floor of newly renovated 2-bedroom bungalow located in the heart of New Sudbury. Close to all the box stores, mall, restaurants, as well as the airport. You have access to a large yard equipped with BBQ, firepit and outdoor seating. You'll have everything you need for your comfort. This house comes with AC, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon prime and free coffee and tea. This Airbnb is within walking distance to groceries with Goodlife Gym across the street. The basement unit is owner occupied and soundproofed. Very quiet and will respect your privacy.

- 1 bathrooms , featuring a bathtub/shower;
- a well stocked kitchen with everything you'd need;
- a dining room with a table and chairs for four;
