Decent deal but…

Cozy little space with a small patio and a partial view of the ocean. Cockroaches were friendly, but a little furious that others were in their home. Must be a rocket scientist to work the stove. Before you book this room, know that the resort will be unable to help you with minor requests. Also, you will be charged 30 a day for parking and trash regardless of whether or not you have a car on the property. After making friends with the cockroach and contacting the rental owner via email, I have yet to hear from him. Perhaps do yourself a favor and simply stay in a resort sponsored room at the same location and enjoy amenities such as free golfing. On the upside, the resort offers an incredible beach, hot tubs, pools, restaurants, and live indoor and outdoor entertainment. Simply know before you go!!

Great view

Great view however we weren't to impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The linens, pillows, wash cloths and towels had stains. There's no plate to cover the bulb in the shower it's exposed. The tub is peeling on the bottom. The faucet in the bathroom was really loose. The ac unit is loud. The floor runner separating the kitchen from the beds sticks up and my youngest kept stubbing his toes on it.

Not bad for the price

We went to pick up the key and it was not there. Check in was supposed to be 3 and we had to go get the key from the maid who was not done cleaning so we didnt get in the room till 5. There is also a garbage fee that was not disclosed of $5 per day. It was a great location and a good price.
