We had a group of eight girls ages 9 to 11+3 chaperone moms who stayed at this property. We chose it because of the proximity to our tournament. There was plenty of space, house is very clean and stayed true to the description on the listing. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. We felt safe in the neighborhood and would recommend booking this property.

Had a softball tournament in Mansfield. Perfect location with lots of room to spread out. The games in the house added lots of family time and laughs. We had some rain so parking in the garage was a nice touch.

We chose this propery because of it’s proximity to where our girl’s basketball tournament was. We had 8 girls ages 9-11 and 3 moms who chaperoned. The house was perfect, it fit us perfectly. Living room and kitchen was a good space for the girls to play games and song kareoke. Property was as described in listing and communication was great.

Overall it is a nice home. There are a few things that could make it better. The seating in the home is not very comfortable. There could also be more comfortable seating available for sitting around to watch TV. They could use more hand towels in the kitchen - they left one and that's just not enough for a four day stay. The front door knob is covered in what looks like electrical tape so it gets sticky when it gets hot. The bottom of the door frame into the garage is wobbly so when you step on it it moves a lot and feels like it's going to break. Very minor things and overall the home was clean.

The property was beautiful, but the neighborhood was questionable. There are an abundance of rules and threats of extra fees as well as additional charges. It was not an inviting thing to read as you enter the house. It made our family extremely apprehensive to stay there and we worried About additional charges. I understand that some people do not treat properties well and that is a shame.

Pleasant and Relaxing

The home is as listed and clean. We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed a place that would accommodate enough beds for seven. Room One had a twin bed, room Two had two twin beds, bedroom Three had a full and twin bunk bed and the master a king size bed. The master bath was spacious and the water pressure was an A+. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen and pantry seem to have plenty of cookware, dishes, and pantry items in case you forgot something at home. There were plenty of restaurants within a ten mile radius. The back yard does have seating but with our schedule we did not spend any time in the backyard. The garage is for two vehicles but half stores seasonal items for the home but did fit one car and we had two in the driveway. Communication with Lesley was great, she answered our text promptly and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Neighborhood was quiet, it does seem to be in the country and the backyard neighbors had goats but they did not bother or make any noises. Overall our family enjoyed our time in this home! Relaxing Texas Getaway

My family stayed at this home for 5 days and 4 nights. We had to come to Texas for softball nationals and wanted a more homier stay than a hotel could offer. As soon as we walked in, this place exceeded the expectations shown in the pictures. The home was clean and well taken care of. We had no issues or concerns and were able to escape the Texas heat to relax here in between games. The sleeping modifications were perfect and provided exactly what my family was needing. All appliances in the kitchen worked appropriately allowing us to limit cost of eating out and was stocked with necessary cooking utensils so all we needed to do was bring the groceries. We were very pleased with our stay and the comfort this home allowed us. If we find our way back to Mansfield, we will definitely book again.
