The parking spot was very small, and we were unable to fit our truck. We were able to park in the extra spots by the pool which was close by. Otherwise, the rental was great! Clean and just as pictured and very communicative.

The unit is conveniently located to the pool and easy access to the beach. Elevator was very useful.The beds were very comfortable, the sleeper couch was not used, but not so comfortable to sit on,it looked as if it had gotten a lot use

2-Star ReviewUnfortunately, this condo did not meet expectations nor did the VRBO reviews match the property . While the unit was generally clean, it appears to date back to the 1980s and is in desperate need of a refresh. Noticeable maintenance issues (pics to follow), damaged furnishings, areas needing paint, and outdated finishes detracted from the overall experience.The couch had significant damage, and the spare bedroom, although furnished with a nice king-size bed, was too small to accommodate it comfortably. The bed left very little room for luggage or moving around, and the room had only one small nightstand.I do want to commend Southern Belle Vacation Rentals for their excellent communication and responsiveness. They took my complaints seriously, contacted the owner, and had the broken couch replaced within one day. Their professionalism and efforts to resolve the issues were appreciated.I requested a refund equivalent to one night's stay due to the problems encountered. Although a partial refund was issued, the amount was very small compared with what I requested.Ultimately, my disappointment is primarily with the property's condition, not the management company's service. The condo needs meaningful investment in maintenance, furnishings, painting, and modernization to meet guest expectations. Southern Belle handled the situation well, but the property itself fell short of what I would expect from a vacation rental.

Great stay.

We had a great time on Tybee Island. The property is right on the beach, so it was the perfect escape from the winter weather that we were looking for. Tybee Island had a laid-back personality, and the North Beach area (where this property is located) was very quiet.
