This beautiful multi-level coastal home is located in the desirable Singleton Beach area on Hilton Head Island. Offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and colorful Lowcountry salt marshlands you will quickly discover why Pelican's Perch is a treasured destination.



Offering 6 bedrooms and 7.5 baths, 3 levels of indoor and outdoor living space, a splash pool, spectacular views with every turn and steps to the beach this house truly has it all!



The first floor living space boasts a gourmet kitchen, large granite island, a beautiful wooden round dining table and large windows overlooking the splash pool. It's open, inviting and a great spot to relax and spend time just enjoying each other's company. It also has two bedrooms with en suites on this level.

The second level has four large bedrooms all with ensuite baths and beautiful views.

The third level living spaces are perfect for additional entertaining. It is also a great spot to gather for games, movies or just hanging out. It even has a kitchenette to help with the ease of dining Al Fresco on one of the fabulous balconies. Magical views and coastal breezes await you. And who knows you might even spot a pelican or two!



The famous "Coco's on the Beach "is located next door. A fun, unique family friendly beach grill offering great food, drinks and music (Coco's closes promptly at 10:00 pm mid-May to mid-September).



Take a short stroll down the street to relax in the community pool or grab your bikes and explore the Island's beautiful bike trails. Chaplin Community Park is a 3 minute ride and features basketball courts, public tennis complex and playground.

I highly recommend staying at Pelican’s Perch! The property sits right next to the beach with amazing views & easy access to the ocean. There are views from every point in the house! We loved this home at Hilton Head. We loved having a bathroom with each room. The house was so close to the beach and had gorgeous views all throughout the beach. The elevator was really nice for our family that was older and had knee problems. We enjoyed our family time together in the kitchen or on the top floor.

Each bedroom feels like a master. Views of the shore and neighboring golf course are amazing. Enough space for folks to congregate downstairs and then party upstairs. Well stocked kitchen. This was one of the BEST stays at the beach! The house is absolutely beautiful with views of the ocean, golf course, and marsh! It is the perfect size for friends and family to enjoy time together with space for cooking, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view off the balcony. The walk to the beach was a breeze and not to mention the house had its own pool! Seriously couldn’t have asked for more! Many memories will be made at Pelican’s Perch. Highly, highly recommend!!

Great location

Loved this property. It was convenient and clean. The only issue was the restaurant next door. The bar would close at 10, but there was music and people talking every night until 11 or 12:00. This wasn’t ideal for children and a baby, but overall I would recommend this house. Property manager was great and will definitely look to book a property with this company again.

Great Memorial Weekend

We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the en suite king bedrooms, proximity to the beach and incredible views from the house. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs and toys were appreciated. The beach access was so close. The beach was crowded for the holiday weekend but that was to be expected. We had concerns before the trip regarding the proximity to Coco's but it was not an issue at all. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Doesn’t get much better than Pelican’s Perch. The top floor of this house is truly the best view on the island! 360 degree unobstructed views of ocean, golf course and marsh. All bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. Kitchen is great and can accommodate cooking for a large number easily. 30 second walk to the beach and right next to a beach bar! But it isn’t too loud and closes by 10. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had an awesome week at the beach staying at Pelican's Perch! The house is gorgeous, the views of the ocean/golf course/marsh are breathtaking and the 60 second walk to the beach is perfect! It was also great having Coco's on the Beach so close by to enjoy some beach food and refreshing cocktails! We had 3 generations of our family staying for the week, and there was plenty of room for everyone (and the elevator helped the grandparents to be able to access all the levels easily). I highly recommend this house for families or large groups who are looking to relax, unwind and enjoy all that this house has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this house was perfect. It was a very clean and welcoming environment. The pool out front was a perfect place to cool off and relax. The top floor view is unlike any other house we have stayed at you can see the ocean, golf course, and a beautiful marshland area. Next door is a great bar/restaurant area. Beds were clean and comfy. The tvs looked brand new and worked flawlessly. Beach access was a breeze! All in all this house deserved 10 stars! I highly recommend this house for your next beach adventure.

Perfect stay

I cannot speak highly enough for everyone's experience with our stay. Everything was top-notch. Kudos to the owners for having such an impeccable property with so many amenities. No detail was overlooked. Bikes, beach equipment, pool table, ping-pong table, access to beach. Even an elevator for one family member who is unable to navigate stairs. The covered wrap-around balcony on the top floor overlooking the beach and golf course was magnificent. Everything was perfect, and we're already discussing as a family to make this an annual destination. Thanks for contributing to a wonderful trip.

Amazing stay at Hilton Head!

This place was extremely beautiful for my family to come and spend a relaxing week at the beach. I loved the proximity to the ocean, the cleanliness of the house (especially the marble flooring, that is very important to me!), the accuracy of the decor, the accessibility for my handicapped grandma, and not to mention the cute restaurant right next to the house. The views from the top floor of the house were breathtaking because you were able to see the golf course, the ocean, and the nearby marsh. All bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was ideal for showering purposes. The kitchen is huge and allowed for lots of cooking to be going on at once. And the elevator was great for a quick lift upstairs! Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Family Time on HHI

We had a great experience. The house had some wasps in the stucco wall near the grill and pool and we purchased wasp spray ourselves to prevent someone from being stung. We also had some handles of interior doors that were broken. We communicated both of these above with the property manager and never received any response during our visit. Otherwise, the house is beautiful, very spacious, and is excellently located on Singleton Beach. We may even be interested in staying there again in the future.

House: 5 Star House was very clean and exceptionally well stocked!! Had a slight issue upon check-in but a simple text and the management group responded first thing the next morning to resolve it. Beach: 1 star The beach was super crowded!! The nearby resort had people flooding the "private beach" area of Singleton Beach. Beach access was not ideal for a member of our family that required the use of a wheelchair. It was very narrow and many obstacles in the way.

Reunion of friends

We had a fabulous long weekend at Pelican’s Perch. Thursday to Monday. There were 8 of us including 2 couples . Each of us had a separate bedroom. Each bedroom has a full bath. There were no bad bedroom choices. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The elevator was helpful for bringing no in luggage. The house has a partial view of the beach which is just steps away. We cooked most of our meals in the well -appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the top floor with two outdoor terraces.- each with table and seating areas. This is our all/ time favorite home. We hope to come back!
