15mins walk to West Edmonton Mall with Telus Fibre internet . 3 mins by driving. 10 mins by bus. Cul de sac single house bulit in 2012. Quiet neighborhood. Out door surveille camera and security light on front and back guards you. You will be only one in the basement. Dedicated washroom. No need to share. Incredible price. There are another 2 rooms for rent upstairs if you have a big family. Shared bonus room upstairs with real TV channels.
