We really enjoy this property in Caldwell. The pool table is fun for all ages, Comfortable beds, Great layout.

The property is located right next to the freeway and the traffic noise makes it difficult to sleep. There is a derelict motor inn two lots away. We had some safety concerns upon arrival. However, we did not encounter any.

Easy freeway access

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hannibal house. The home has lots of common area space, 3 TVs including one in master suite. Pool table was super fun and outdoor grill / patio area is super private and spacious.

Awesome Place

Our stay was enjoyable at this home

This was our first experience renting a home fir a family trip. We were able to have several family members gather in one location. It was clean and easy to get to. Overall a nice place!

Lovely

We enjoyed this property, it was clean, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and had what we needed. The pool table was fun, and the BBQ worked nicely. The location was interesting being so close to the freeway, but it was actually really peaceful.

Quaint and Comfortable

This property was comfortable and quaint, well equipped, clean, and provided the perfect space for us to hangout when we weren’t attending the basketball tournament we were in town for. The pool table kept us entertained for hours. We will visit again.

Idaho State Track Meet

This was perfect for our needs. We attended the state track meet in Middleton. This place was close to the track and close to our favorite restaurants. It is very close to the highway, but could barely hear it. If it is open next year we will dtay here again!

We felt at home the moment we walked in the door. Everyone had a great time playing games, laughing and I felt our short visit with our son was a quality visit because of all the extras in this home. We will definitely reach out when we travel for a visit again.

Great Home for Families

The home was large enough for 3 families. All the kids were comfortable and definitely entered. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location was due to construction going on right in front of the home. Which was no fault of the owners. Otherwise the location for us was good because family live close by. I would definitely recommend and would use this home again.

We loved this house!! So big and roomy for our family of 6.. They had nice kitchen ware and the beds we’re comfortable. Only thing is it’s on the highway. After 1 night we did t hear the traffic though. Would recommend 10-10..

Nice Place

Property was directly across from I 84 so road noise was medium/loud. The road in front of the property was a freeway access road but was under construction so it ended up being a one way street, not horrible but something to be aware of. The house was spotless. Very clean which was excellent. This is a farm house that has had renovation done. We really liked it and it had a lot of character. The one issue we had was an extreme amount of fruit flies. We didn’t contact the owner because we thought it wouldn’t be so bad, however, it did get pretty bad but towards the end. I am sure the owner will take care of it, was a holiday so we just stuck it out. All appliances were very nice. Other than the flies, there was only one roll of paper towels and limited amount of toilet paper, and dish soap. Air conditioner was excellent and with a couple of improvements I would recommend this property to anyone.
