Multiple large pools in the complex allow for plenty of space and privacy. Step out from the pool onto the gorgeous white sands of Crescent beach to enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family.

Sand Dollar Penthouse has been thoughtfully furnished as a luxury family vacation paradise and features a fully stocked, updated kitchen, an electric fireplace, and comfortable furnishings. Soft beach hues will enhance your relaxation, along with crisp, white linens and soft white towels. Keep the sand out be storing the provided beach chairs in the storage closet available for guest use downstairs, and keep your car cool in the covered parking garage.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
