Property was well equipped. Only 2 down sides were a steep driveway so not great for elderly or children and no aircon. Other then that everything else was great

Comfortable place with everything for a family

The place is convenient to lots of fun activities for a family like ours (three kids 12, 9 and 6). Highly recommend to consider activities like the Nelson Bay ferry to the Tea Gardens, Toboggan Hill Park, Tilligerry reserve (kids had a ball having adventure hunt finding birds, trees and other animals and it is free too) and Sand safaris sand boarding. This is a duplex in a quiet Close. Inside the house is clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. There are a few board games, we didn't know so brought our own too. There are also toys in one of the bedrooms. If there would be a basketball provided would be even more perfect as there is a half court basketball nearby. Overall we really enjoyed the place.
