On Beach Time offers convenient step-free access, enabling guests to seamlessly transition from the parking lot to the condo via the lift.

Situated on the corner, this condo provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool area below. Featuring a split layout, On Beach Time offers guests the convenience of two separate living spaces each including a full-size kitchen, ensuring relaxation for adults and ample space for children to play comfortably.

With easy access to the boardwalk leading to the beach and situated just steps away from a variety of dining options, convenience meets coastal elegance at On Beach Time - Beach Club Unit 301.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Beautiful, well-stocked condo

Stayed here for Memorial Day with our friends. Total of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 11, 8, 8, and 6. It was perfect with plenty of room. The condo is very nicely updated and had plenty of supplies, including shampoo and other items we weren’t expecting. Gorgeous view of the beach. If you’re worried about the proximity to the Holiday Isle condo building, don’t be. There’s still a very reasonable amount of privacy, because you don’t line directly up with any of the condos in that building. This is our 3rd year in a row visiting Dauphin Island. We’ve also been fortunate to rent nice condos, but this one is our favorite by far.

Perfect!

Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable. There was nothing missing accept the weather was not pretty. The condo could not have been better! Beautiful views!
