Hampton Lakes DREAM VILLA is a 2storey , 5 themed bedroom detached Villa with private Pool ,not overlooked with stunning Lake View. (Optional Pool heat is available for $25 per day Please book in advance or pay our manager on arrival.)

Master bedroom 1, Medeteranian Themed, has a King bed 6'6 wide,, SMART flat screenTV , en-suite bathroom with bath, separate oversize shower unit, toilet , His and Hers vanity units and a walk in wardrobe/dressing room

Master bedroom 2, Jungle themed has a large Queen bed, large wardrobe, SmartTV , en suite bathroom with shower unit, toilet and vanity unit

Bedroom 3 is an extra family room with double and single beds, ideal for friends or extended family

Bedroom 4 is a twin room themed in a relaxing Ocean theme,

Bedroom 5 is a kids delight with twin beds, walk in wardrobe/dressing room and Micky and Minnie on the wall to welcome your little treasures to dreamland Complete with Smart TV.

The Living room has high Vaulted ceiling giving a bright airy atmosphere, 2 large sofa's and armchairs with matching footstool, large flat screen Smart TV , DVD, and stunning view of the pool and Lake beyond.

The fully fitted kitchen has everything supplied, cutlery, crockery, utensils, toaster, electric kettle, blender, pots etc. fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher. breakfast bar and table.

Formal Dining room has large table with 6 chairs for that special meal

Laundry has large washing machine and separate drier

Playroom has Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping-pong and darts

This rental unit had everything we needed for a week stay. It was very clean, spacious, very well laid out, and the kitchen had everything we needed to eat some meals in and we went out for others. Highly recommend. Thank you for providing such a great unit.

The home is perfect regarding size, location and amenities. The only complaint I have is cleanliness. There was dog hair on the floor in several areas, trash on the floor upstairs and the toilets were dirty. That is a cleaning crew issue. Should have been addressed when I first messaged the owner when we got there

I was in the house just prior to your arrival and the house was immaculate when I left 2 days before your arrival. We don’t allow pets so the “dog hairs “ must have appeared from nowhere. I personally oversaw the installation of NEW unused toilets and they were spotless when I left I moved the tv from one bedroom to the other upstairs and having vacuumed the whole house can say that there wasn’t anything left on the floor or “ behind the tv” I don’t appreciate the inference that the house was dirty AND also our managers inspected the house the day before you arrived and made sure it was perfect. I am dismayed by your comments Happy new year

Central Location

House is in a great location for all things Orlando. Close to major highways, theme parks, stores and restaurants. House is roomy and clean. Highly recommend.

Girls getaway

Robert's property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It's close to stores and restaurants, as well as close proximity to the parks. It was about equal distance between the beaches. The home itself has plenty of space for large or multiple families. For our smaller group it allowed each of us our own bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed.is

Nice place with the lake.

Nice place with plenty of space for a big family. Very quick answer from the host every time we had a question before and under the vacation. Tennis court close to the property.

This house was perfect for our family of 7 (2 Adults 5 children) better then we thought. The pool was great, the kitchen was great and everything you need! The only thing that we could complain about is the beds need to be replaced for such a great place the beds were horrible to allow on.

We did enjoy our stay at Robert's home. I would suggest that there could be some upgrades done like flooring and mattresses. The view was amazing and the pool was heated which we truly enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet.

Very good communication, clean, lots of space. Loved the lock on the door that went out to the pool. It was high and double lock so no little kids can get it open. Very happy with the stay, loved the house lots of room for the big family. The pool was perfect after a long hot day of doing things in the area. Close to food and other attractions. So come book your stay here and stop shopping around, the price is great and you family will have a great time.

House could have been cleaner had a lot of mildew. Game room was the worse dirty and smelly. The a/c at night was horrible rooms in 2nd floor were extremely hot. Refrigerator was not working properly but was replaced by another which was left to n the middle of the kitchen and hallway. All around will not rent in the future.

Hi Wanda Very disturbed by your review I have contacted our manager who is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of our property at considerable expense Apart from the unfortunate event of the fridge not working properly which has been replaced with a new one. You never mentioned any comments about the condition of the playroom or the a:c which has been checked and serviced and was and Is in perfect working condition It is imperative that the patio/pool door and the hall door is closed every time to keep the air conditioning efficient I have checked the security camera and found that on numerous occasions the front door was left open for prolonged periods This puts extra strain on the air conditioning as well as the ability of the freezer to maintain a suitable low temperature This has resulted in considerable expense in replacing the fridge freezer and overhaul of the air conditioner Don’t worry. I won’t be inviting you to come back Robert

House is good, game room not so good

The house was good. The pool heat was great!!! Overall we're satisfied. A few things to note though: The pool table is no good and this was one thing we looked for in a rental. We called the property manager and they came with duck tape. We were disappointed with this very much. Air hockey works fine. There are no tvs in 2 of the rooms be prepared. The beds are comfortable in the 2 master rooms. The twin beds are built for young children. Even teens didn't care for them. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of towels. I think the biggest problem is the management place not the owner. Seems like they are just trying to skim by. The owner was very responsive and communication with him was easy. Overall it was a good stay.

Was not as described!

The house was clean but some information about the property in the advertisement page was misleading! Once we checked in we ask the owner about the pool heater and he responded with that he would charge us about $25 per day for using it. He asked for this fees to be paid in cash not through the website! He changed the property information in the website the third day of our stay to include the information about the pool. I still have screen pictures of the original property information where noting was mention about the extra charge for using pool heater. He was not responding to my texts! It took him sometimes about 24 hours to respond to my texts. Another problem, the internet was not working at the villa and he was not cooperating to solve the router technical issues. Besides, it seems the house in need for pest control services! I spotted some little spiders on the second floor and brown-banded cockroaches in one of the bathrooms.

This guest booked our Villa for 8-13 of January. He then emailed that he thought he booked from the 7 th and wanted to change it to the 8 th. I told him that I was staying in our Villa until the morning of the 8 th and his booking was for arrival at 16:00 on the 8 th He requested an early check in for 14:00 which I arranged without extra charge He had not booked the optional pool heat at the time of his booking and after 3 days into his vacation he insisted that the pool heat be turned on as he claimed it should be included in the rental of €110 per night He then enquired as to how to log into the wi-fi and when I explained to him that the code was clearly shown on the owners book , He again he insisted that I turn on the pool heat which he hadn’t booked so I told him that he would have to pay our manager as it was too late to add to his Homeaway bill Again he threatened that if I didn’t turn on the pool heat he would post a bad review. I personally checked over our Villa thoroughly before leaving on the morning the 8 th and there were NO spiders or cockroaches anywhere I have come across people like this before who try to get discounts of free add ons by threatening bad reviews I will not be renting to this person again Regards Robert

Lake View Dream Villa

The house we stayed in was on a very beautiful property. Robert, the owner, and his team have thought of everything. If we felt we needed it we found it in a very short period of time. We had a couple of small issues that were dealt with promptly after contacting the management team. We had a great time at this property, it was large enough to handle our party very easily. We were three separate families of adults so we all had our own space to go to if we felt the need to get away from every one else. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of very nice people in the area. We went for a lot of walks and the traffic in the area was very light, there is only one way in or out of the subdivision. The private pool was used every day. We did not use the pool table, ping pong table or air hockey table in the garage. The weather was so nice while we were there we sat out by the pool most of the time. If it rained or was cold the odd day we watched the many movie channels on the tv or played some cards. The view from the pool deck was spectacular, the lake with the fountain was fun to watch. It was even more spectacular at night when the fountain lights were on. We spent a lot of time watching the turtles, ducks and other birds and wildlife in the area. We liked the property well enough we tried to book it for the same time in 2024. Unfortunately it was booked for most of the time we wanted so we booked elsewhere. When the property opens for booking for 2025 we will try to book it for February and March of that year.

Home away from home

The freezer doesn't freeze, the pool light didn't work, paintings on the wall a little weird, other than that it was great. The house was HUGE, it was very relaxing. I wouldn't say it was the fanciest place around but more than what we needed, as we were going for a comfortable stay and it checked all the boxes. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. Close to everything you would want. Beds were a little hard for me, but overall very happy with the stay and we are already checking date availability for the next time.

Family vacation 2021

Over all this was a great place to stay. It was exactly what was described in the description. Only thing was there wasn't enough wash cloths for our 10 guest. The air could have been little better, it was hot in the down stairs master bedroom. Also the garage smelled like cigarette smoke badly. We took trash out on Monday like instructed but they did not take the boxes so we put them out on Friday for recycling but was also not taken so unsure what went wrong. But our overall stay was good and would definitely stay again.
