About this property

This clean, nicely furnished condo is well located for all your adventures in Teton Valley, Idaho, and is just 1 hour to Jackson Hole or Teton Village, WY, home of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Teton Creek Resort is a small complex with 60 units in total. Teton Creek runs through the property. The setting is wooded and wildlife and birds are abundant, yet it is only just over 5 minutes to shopping and dining in downtown Driggs. There are two well maintained hot tubs for use by guests and owners of Teton Creek Resort. There are also hiking and cross country ski trails.

This unit features a comfortable living area with a dining table for 4 and barstools for 3 at the kitchen counter. A propane fireplace provides warmth and ambience. The couch in the main living area is a pull out queen size sleeper sofa. A 40" flat screen smart TV with Blu Ray player and DISH TV service is provided for your entertainment needs. The unit is on the ground floor for convenience and is very close to the hot tubs. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs and a grill in the summer. The bedroom features a comfortable King bed with brand new, high quality linens. The master bedroom has a 40" flat screen TV that also features DISH service. The sofa in the living area is brand new as of December 2016 and has a queen pull-out bed. The unit was newly painted in December of 2016 and the lighting and cabinet hardware have been tastefully upgraded. The kitchen is newly equipped for all your meal preparation needs. The appliances and dishes are high quality and new as of 2016. You will find that this unit is very well equipped for anyone that really likes to cook!

Comfortable.

This condo is comfortable, with the kitchen having everything I needed. Hot tub was nice. Convenient to use shuttle for Grand Targhee. Nice ski locker. The mattress could be replaced, soft/saggy. Hope to stay again.

Always love Teton creek resort!

We own property in Alta, so we frequent the area. We almost always stay in Teton Creek Resort. It is the PERFECT location. We love how close it is to Targhee, Driggs, and Victor. Great restaurants, shops, and all necessities. We also spend a lot of time hiking in the area like Darby Canyon or Targhee. If you like Jackson, it’s only about 45-an hour drive. And it’s over the pass so beautiful and doesn’t feel like a drive. We tend to go over once or twice when we are here. The apartment is perfect. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower looked to be newly remodeled with upgraded tile, etc. There were also a few fans with we like. Kitchen was very well stocked and all appliances worked great. Communication was also easy. Will be back!!

I love Teton Valley and am excited to share it with you! I've lived here and practiced real estate here for over 12 years. I currently live in Driggs and enjoy all that the mountain life has to offer, from skiing and hiking to solitude and great scenery.

Why they chose this property

This condo is my second purchase in Teton Creek Resort. I really love the setting and amenities of the project. I also enjoy the fact that it is so well maintained and feel that it makes a great getaway that is close to recreation, yet convenient to the town of Driggs, Jackson and the National forest and parks.

What makes this property unique

After buying my condo, I got to enjoy some remodeling projects, including painting, upgrading lighting, and hardware and also buying all new furniture, linens, and blinds. I know that you will enjoy the "newness" of everything. Also, my unit is about as close as you can get to the hot tubs! There is a great nature trail around the units and you will see lots of birds and other wildlife.
