You are going to love staying in this wonderfully updated two bedroom Inverness villa directly on the George Fazio Golf Course! This villa has been nicely decorated throughout with the beach in mind.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops along with custom cabinetry. You will love cooking meals for your friends and family in this updated kitchen. Adjacent to the open concept kitchen, there is a countertop bar with additional seating and the dining table which seats six. The living room provides numerous seating options for the whole family and features a smart TV and slider to the private patio. Outside on your patio there are plenty of seating options with sweeping views of George Fazio Golf Course.
The main bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is updated with its fantastic custom-tiled tub and shower combination. The second bedroom also has one queen and one twin bed along with its own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is also updated and features a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
The Inverness community pool is just a minute walk away making it convenient for adults and children alike! This villa is close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has offer: golf, pickleball, tennis, fishing, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach! The beach is easily accessed by an estimated five minute bike ride, couple minute drive or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy, an on-call shuttle service.
