The house was perfect, plenty of space and was an accurate description. We would wake up to deer playing in the back yard. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. If you are thinking about booking you should really keep this gem as a top option. Location was perfect.

Excellent house

Loved the little cozy house! They had plenty of pillows and blankets…which is big plus! They had a lot of towels which was handy since we used the hot tub! This place was absolutely fantastic!

Short Getaway

My friends and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway and it was perfect! Very clean and spacious and well stocked with basic necessities for our few days there. Short drive to the grocery and other shopping and dining. And could enjoy the beautiful night sky in the protected sky area. Would gladly stay there if Im ever in the area again.

Perfect for Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful Girls Weekend at this property. They hot tub was perfect to wind down after long days of walking and shopping in Wimberly. It truly felt like we were in a high end hotel suite. Mattresses were extremely comfortable and linens felt high end. Location was perfect for activities in town and those just outside.

Family Wedding Weekend

The house was perfect for our family group. We took advantage of the lovely hot tub every night. The view from the backyard was ever so peaceful and the deer provided some enjoyment. We will definitely consider this property should we stay in the area again.

Home was clean in most areas, needs some deep cleaning in certain areas. Location was great. The main thing I would recommend is another comfortable chair to sit in living room bc there is only one couch. Bedding was great and very comfortable. Thanks also for one hour later check out! Very helpful.

Close to everything!

At first it felt a little odd to be staying in a residential neighborhood with close neighbors but the location was perfect. When we were in the backyard looking at the deer we forgot all about neighbors. The house was perfect for a girls trip. I highly recommend.

Fantastic

House was fantastic, just as listed. Hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed to make food. The only thing we couldn't use the firepit to make smores due to burn ban which was completely understandable. We really enjoyed watching all the deer come into the back yard and the open field. Will rent again if looking for a nice little getaway.

Great location. It’s in a neighborhood, so felt safe. Could definitely benefit from better cleaning though. Was not well swept, one of the showers had hair from previous visitors. Some of the towels and linen had makeup stains. With better cleaning this would have been ideal stay.

Perfect space for our girls getaway

We had a great time in Wimberley and this house was perfect for our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not plugged in for us or warm upon arrival which meant we only got one nights use out of it. This was a big draw for us when selecting where to stay. But we used it one night and both mornings. Overall the house was clean, modern, open concept, and spacious for 3 adults. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to all the restaurants, wineries, shops, and breweries. Easy check in process and we are very happy to have stayed here.

Great house but AC did not work.

The AC in the house worked halfway the first night and the 2nd night it did not work luckily it was cold enough outside we just opened the windows

Great Place to Stay, With Small Things to be Aware Of

The house had everything that was listed, with relatively quiet neighbors (there was construction next door but only during the afternoon), quick and reliable Wi-Fi, consistently functional amenities, and no major standout issues. The backyard was regularly visited by groups of deer, which my friends and I appreciated but might be offputting to others. Some minor issues that we had with the house were: awkward lock on the back door that could benefit from maintenance, low water pressure in toilets, one of the toilets wobbled when sat on, small but noticeable amounts of sand or dirt in the hot tub, and the driveway is pretty small to fit 2 vehicles as advertised. Wimberly was a very nice town to stay in with lots of nice local shops, restaurants, and activities within a short driving distance; and overall I would be very happy to stay at this house again.

Fire the cleaning service

The space was fine and what was expected. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the deer. Unfortunately, the hottub wasn't cleaned so unusable on our first night and the outdoor dining table was heavily caked with dirt and had not been cleaned in somsome time. They did send someone out later the next day to clean the hottub. The nice large kitchen was poorly stocked. The freezer and cabinets and drawers were dirty. There were cobwebs in many areas in the house. One toilet was dirty and the other one was loose. There was also no hooks or towel racks to hang your bath towels. This place could be nice but I felt like it was a college kid rental that hasn't been cared for. It definitely needs some TLC The cakedtdirtcakeddirt.obviouslyn cle

Cute House & Great Location

The house is cute and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is minutes away from Jacobs Well as well as Wimberly Square. At the time of our stay, a house was being built next door but we didn't have any issue with noise. The yard really needed to be mowed. A neighborhood kid knocked on the door and asked if he could mow it for some cash, but I told him I was renting and could not give him permission to do so. The fire pit was unusable as it was rusted out on the bottom. The hot tub was nice and we used it a few times. The location is great because there is a field beyond the immediate backyard, and deer could be seen several times throughout the day. They also came up in the backyard a few times which was nice. The inside of the house was mostly nice, however there were a few things needing attention. There was mildew at the bottom of one of the showers and in the other shower, the shower curtain was either stained or dirty. The hardwood floors were a bit dirty leaving our socks brown on the bottom. I assume the previous guest washed the cookie sheets and put them away wet as water was visible on them and rust was starting to form. Some decorative pillows were dirty. The bedding was clean in all rooms and the kitchen and living room were clean. I had an issue with the lock on the sliding glass door but management was quick to help me with it. Overall it was a nice place, just needs an overall good cleaning.

Overall, a great place for a relaxing girls weekend. Could use a deep clean in the small bathroom….floors & walls a bit dirty. Biggest issue was only two cars allowed. Didn’t realize this until receiving check-in information and we are 4 friends driving in from different cities, 1 out of state. This was a bit inconvenient, trying to figure out where to leave two of the cars.But all in all, we had a great weekend and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the mornings, watching the deer in the backyard.
