POOL & PATIO: The warm Florida sunshine is calling you outdoors to dive into your very own massive swimming pool, surrounded by a ‘Florida glass’ privacy screen. Swim laps, relax in the bubbly spillover spa, or challenge your pals to pool basketball, foosball, or ping-pong. Make it an all-day affair complete with meals and snacks from the luxe outdoor kitchen, which sports a built-in BBQ, plus a lovely table with seating under the shaded lanai.

Start on the first floor with the Football Fantasy room—this home’s extra-special and extra-spacious “12th bedroom,” built to sleep up to six sports-loving guests. Designed like an arena, this room is filled with the energy of a live game–with wall art featuring a grassy American football field, life-sized athletes, an oversized NFL trophy, and silhouettes of cheering fans. Bunk beds hide inside a giant football and helmet, and bright-blue slides whisk you back to ground level.
