RV Camping on 2.5 acres - only 3 minutes from South Red Deer

A GREAT Camping Experience on a large acreage.
Only 3 minutes from Red Deer.
It has one private bedroom with a queen bed.
Plus a bunk bed, the table converts into a bed in an open area. It has 2 large reclining chairs. So comfortable. It is great for a family with 2 adults and 4 children. Max 6 people inside.

NEW FIBRE high speed WIFI 95 Mbps

Tents (not provided) are allowed for extra charge of $10 a guest each night. Max 10 people on the property at any time. All daytime and night time guests must be communicated. Small bathtub, shower & furnace are in the RV. Yes - Air Conditioning.

There is a pet fee of $25 and we ask you clean up after your pet and have them on a leash. There are small children next door. And never leave them alone, also off all furniture please.

Our recreational 25 foot trailer is parked in our yard and available if you want a simple camping experience.

Five minutes from Westerner Grounds.
Only 3 min from Walmart, Costco, many restaurants, Tim's, Starbucks, A&W, Subway, Opa, KFC, Pizza, Edo, gas stations, car wash, grocery stores.
Easy access to highways. 10 min from downtown & Collicutt Rec Centre, &Arena.
Close to almost everything. We look forward to hosting your time in Red Deer!
Close to golf courses, rivers and bike trails, and hiking.

Only 25-30 minutes from a many LAKES. (Sylvan Lake, Pine Lake, Gull Lake, Glennifer Lake)

Red Deer’s city is known for its sporting events and warm hospitality and boasts over 100km of multi use recreation paved bike trails.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please do the dishes before you leave, and cleaning the barbecue is essential to avoid extra fees. Pop cans can be dropped in the big green bin, trash can be taken to the road GREY bin please.
Please clean up the yard. Example cigarette butts and garbage. Thanks.

I was very impressed with the privacy in the owner’s back yard, I am glad the RV was not parked in the front of the house. The RV had everything required and it was nice to have a fire close to the RV, our little dog Maggie enjoyed the open space in the back yard as well, may decide to book this again in September if it is available

Private camper RV

My husband and I enjoyed the clean RV with easy instructions on everything and the most comfortable queen bed and blankets. It was awesome these hosts had this RV beside their home so we could fit all our family at one location for a busy wedding weekend.

Red Deer and Sylvan Lake

Clean and functional. Hosts were friendly and thought of everything. Location was great; it was just outside the city and was close to everything. A great home base for our trips to Red Deer and Sylvan Lake.

The best RV camping experience one can get

I stayed with 3 friends during Aug 3-5, 2024. Brian and Connie are fantastic hosts. They are quick in responding to my questions and gave me loads of information about Red Deer. The camper is clean and spacious. My friends and I do not have RV camping experience. Brian and Connie prepped the place with everything we need. They also came by to help us with closing the awning at night, changing propane, turning the hot water on etc. I definitely recommend this site to everyone.

We have 4 married adult children and 13 adorable grandchildren.

We have lived on our acreage for over 27 years. Our children have grown up and have families on their own, so we converted the entire 1600 sqft - 4 bedroom - walk out lower floor of our house for nightly rental. Totally separate with a private entrance.
It can be rented as a
1 Bedroom
or a 2 Bedroom
or a 3 Bedroom, even a 4 bedroom if you have a large family.

We also love camping and when we are not using our RV Camper, we are listing it on VRBO for a Outdoor camping experience.
