the property was an overall pleasure to stay out! It was clean, well laid out and composed of quality furnishings. Everything was well thought out and you had everything you needed for your stay! The best VRBO property we have ever rented. It was incredibly clean and very well cared for. The location was convenient to breweries, hiking, river tubing and a multitude of restaurants. This was a great place for us to stay in the Asheville area. It was close to Asheville and the Biltmore as well as other sites such as Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. But it also had the feeling of being in the mountains with tall trees and a creek just down the path. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful place, wonderful hosts!

Great couple’s retreat for nature lovers. A National Wildlife Federation-certified backyard with great variety of birds and other critters (we never saw the groundhog - next time!). Easy striking distance to the Biltmore, Asheville’s arts and brewing districts, and many different mountain hikes. All new appliances and cozy atmosphere, overlooking beautiful woods. Great place to relax after some mountain hiking or visiting downtown Asheville.

We celebrated our 54th wedding anniversary by redoing what we did to celebrate our engagement from 54 years ago. Took train from Bryson City,, NC and eventually ended up in Asheville at Billtimore. Perfect host and quiet place yet convenient to all the places we wanted to visit ! highly recommend unless you need a king bed. we didn't use the pull out couch as it was too difficult to deal with it and mattress on most pull outs are very uncomfortable.
