Neighbourhood description
The Pattison is one street back from Fitzroy. You can walk to Woolworths and multiple restaurants. There is also a laundromat a few steps away. Despite the convenient location, the street is quiet. Coffee is a mere minute's walk. The races at Lakeside Park are less than 5 minutes walk, no looking for parking or paying crazy parking prices. The famous Chapel St is a 5 minutes drive and the city is less than 5km. Plus Luna Park & St Kilda beach is only a 15 minute walk.
