Very nice home with comfy bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking, close to downtown and all the shopping and restaurants. It was a perfect gathering place for our family.
Very nice house with plenty of room. Owner was quick to help with requests. Good location and loved the fence back yard. A few kinks for such an expensive stay, but I would try it again.

Lovely house!
Perfect for our two families, quiet neighborhood close to wineries, Ashland and Rogue River. Clean, roomy bedrooms, large kitchen and a fenced in backyard for the dog!
this house was actually better than we expected. centralized location, the owners had put up a Christmas tree and other decorations which made us feel right at home. right across from the 2 streets that totally decorate to the max and the family enjoyed walking around both nights that we were there. Would definitely rent this house again
Not Queen beds as listed, they were a double at best. Otherwise pretty good place. Needs a new air filter installed, but otherwise it checked off everything we needed for our stay.

Quick trip
All the hanging lights were covered in cobwebs and windows had hand and face prints on them. Confused by Christmas decor in the living room and the 4th of July towels in the kitchen. Also none of the bedding matched. Bathrooms and kitchen were pretty clean.

I deeply apologize for any disappointment you experienced during your stay at the house. As the owner, I personally checked the property two or three times, and I did not notice any cobwebs. It would have been helpful if you could have specified their location for us to address promptly. Regarding the decorations, while there might have been some confusion, the amaryllis flower basket in the entrance and the kitchen towels with BBQ motifs are not specifically tied to any holiday, including the Fourth of July. Regarding your comment about the bedding, our standard practice is to ensure that the comforter and pillowcases match. If there was any discrepancy, I apologize for the oversight. Please know that cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we strive to maintain the house impeccably throughout. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services.
The house was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone, 7 adult, two toddlers. Clean and well furnished. We did buy a portable child gate to keep the toddlers safe. We also noticed on day two that the 18 mo old, who is still crawling, had black hands and knees from the living room carpet; could use a shampoo. I agree with one other review about the loud traffic noise. The house sits on a very busy corner and sitting in the backyard is pleasant but hard to converse over the traffic noise. The trash never did get picked up from the previous renters and the A/C downstairs could not cool the place down after day 3.

Not Great
The house had a horrible smell of marijuana and was not overly clean. We actually checked out a night early because we all woke up with sore throats and headaches from the smell. Talked with the host who said it was the previous person and to open windows and use the air freshener left. Not happy at all that we weren't even offered any refund due to the smell and checking out early.

Hi Michelle, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We apologize for the inconvenience that this caused, as we discussed the previous guests smoked in the house, and even though we had had the home treated for smoke before your arrival, we offered to treat the home again with an ionization machine to ensure you enjoyed the remainder of your stay, to which you politely declined and said that you had chosen to leave early anyway.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
The property is clean. I get the feeling the owners are somewhat new to VROB's. We had a safe place to stay while our group attended a major dog show with 4 women and 5 show dogs.
The kitchen was minimally equipped but workable. I made some well-received suggestions to the landlord.
The checkout process was easy. We had to button up the house by stripping the beds, putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher, turning out the lights and locking up. Easy-peasey!
Our group of 4 women agreed that we would rent this house again for next year.
