Great house to relax with the family

What a great setting for a family trip. We stayed in Pymatuning for a couple of days in August and the house and the area couldn't have been more relaxing and charming. The house is just a couple minute walk to the lake or a few minute drive to the reservoir. We enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the fire pit and the screened in porch. The kitchen is very well equipped for anything you would need to make and the BBQ grill served up some great meals in the evening. Restaurants in the area were great and there were a few little places that supplied our fishing gear. The weather was perfect and the scenery beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay and it definitely won't be the last.CheersBen

What a wonderful rental! The house is incredibly well equipped with labels on all the kitchen items. It was comfortable and fit our needs for the weekend. Short walk to the lake and it was a quiet neighborhood. The loft twin room connected to the queen was perfect for our family of five and the other rooms for extended family. We will absolutely be back again!

Overall the stay was great. House is very clean and is fully stocked with everything you may need, including fire wood, folding chairs for outside by fire pit and tons of kids toys. House was very family friendly and I would highly recommend to someone with children.

Perfect winter stay

We had such a nice time. Beds for everyone and a living room big enough for us to talk into the night. They even made sure the driveway was plowed after getting a foot of fresh snow overnight!

Nice home

We stayed here three nights and really enjoyed ourselves. It was in February so the "summer time" activities weren't available, but that was OK with us. The home was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the family to sit around the table for meals or games.

Absolutely the BEST rental property we have EVER stayed at. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was in excellent condition, and everything worked as advertised. It reminded us of a house that belonged to a family member that we borrowed (only probably better). As far as amenities, everything you could imagine was there. Whoever outfitted the place, thought of everything a person might need during their stay, and then some. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Fun Getaway

The property was very clean and well maintained. We had no issues at all! The house was within walking distance to the lake. The owner basically provides everything you would need. I stayed here with my brothers and cousins and we all had a great time. I would recommend this cottage to others.

Bed rooms, kitchen, bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Although this was a pet friendly game we didn’t have any. The main living area smelled of animals and seating on the couch left a few of us itching. However the overall trip was a success because we spent the majority of the time outside playing ping pong or gathered round the fire pit when not fishing or hiking.

Andover Gem

This house was everything we needed and much more. You had extra items for storing food, plenty of towels and blankets and other ammenities. You even had styrofoam coolers for trade in your basement. That may not seem like much but sure is great out-of-the-box thinking. Thank You!!!

Get away experience

We were very happy with the stay. The kitchen was a delight ! Everything you need and/ or forgot to bring- was there. The oven worked very good. ( We cook and eat home food- that's why it is so important to have it all available.) The house when heated was very cozy( heated in 15 minutes). The TV has a lot of options. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You can see the lake coming out of the house. The rain spoiled the hiking plans but we made that weekend eventful enough to stay happy.Thank you!

We stayed in this cozy cottage for a family weekend. Very spacious, lots of room to settle in and socialize. A very well stocked kitchen very clean. The hosts really have a gem. They have a binder full of information that was a super nice feature. Unfortunately, during our stay the hot water heater failed, this property seems to be managed by another company which was super unhelpful in trying to find a resolution. Communication with them was terrible. There was no reassurance and no one checked in. We did speak to the owner one time during the ordeal as she tried to guide us. She said she tried to contact the handyman but left no real resolution to the issue and no one ever came. So as long as no issues arise while you’re here, it should be a great stay

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback and kind words about the cottage, its cleanliness, and amenities. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the hot water heater issue during your stay. As soon as I was notified on Saturday evening, I contacted our property maintenance professional. He diagnosed the problem the next morning, obtained the necessary parts, and had the issue resolved by Sunday afternoon.Since your checkout was scheduled for Sunday morning, I offered a partial refund as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider staying with us again for a smoother experience."
