Comfortable, well appointed c1910 home set in a cottage garden with two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. The gardens are lovely, very well maintained with a small spa pool adjacent to the house. Five minutes walk to the TSB Hub sports facility, gym, swimming pool, Egmont Showgrounds and a six minute walk to the nearest cafe and CBD. King Edward Park, recognized as garden of national significance is immediately opposite with a large children's playground, tennis courts and novel sound shells.
