Just a short walk from the beach and Nelson Bay’s buzzing town centre, this fully equipped 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has serious holiday energy. With a private pool, multiple living zones, and two kitchens, it’s the perfect setup for extended families, two families travelling together, or groups of friends.

Downstairs, you’ll find the original villa - beloved by return guests for years - now beautifully renovated with an upstairs level to match. Inside, think cool, air-conditioned comfort, light-filled spaces, soaring ceilings and a funky mix of modern convenience and tropical flair. There are three separate living areas, a games/pool room with bar, and a sparkling pool framed by swaying palms and a floating deck - it’s a true entertainer’s paradise. Whether you’re making margaritas upstairs or grilling poolside in the BBQ area, Street Oasis has holiday mode fully dialled in.

Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.

No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.

Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.

Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.

Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.

Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.

Fabulous house and location for group getaway

Fab location walking distance to everything the house was just lovely with lots of entertaining areas to hang out together with other zones for private space we really had a lovely time

Excellent property, extremely close to town, perfect for a group trip in Nelson Bay.

A beautiful mansion, perfect for our close group of friends to take a trip up north to the beautiful Nelson Bay. Lots of space, beds are comfortable, everything was clean, the pool is great (only wish it was heated as the water is freezing). Seriously a 30 second walk into town, the location is perfect, with a long (but narrow) driveway for everyones cars. Overall an amazing stay with super easy check-in.
