Breathtaking views in this luxury ocean side home in the quiet Spruce Cape subdivision of Kodiak, Alaska. This is a fully furnished vacation home with 5 bedrooms that can comfortable accommodate 6 for our standard occupancy but can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 10-12 for an additional charge. These rooms feature 4 double/full size beds and 1 twin day bed with twin trundle and a set of twin bunk beds. There are also 3 full bathrooms.

Beautiful home with unbeatable view

The Oceanside property is spacious, beautiful, well appointed and offers a spectacular view. Although we were in Kodiak to fish and see the sights, this home became one of the highlights of the trip. Whether we were watching whales from our living room or preparing meals in the huge chefs kitchen our group of 8 enjoyed all the amenities of a high end resort with the privacy and freedom of being at home. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you to Luke for sharing this wonderful home!

I liked the property. There was not a kitchen sized garbage can in the kitchen which was inconvenient. It would have been nice to know there was only one TV with no local service connection at this house.

Plenary of space with gorgeous view!

The house is even more beautiful inside than we realized from the pictures which don’t do it justice. There is plenty of seating for a big family group and the house is close to Everything. We would definitely recommend this house!! Plus, the owner and office mgr were very responsive and own Saltery Adventures for an ATV/fly fishing experience too!! Amazing trip!!

Perfect property on the edge of the sea.

Home was impeccably maintained. It was tastefully furnished and every amenity provided. It seemed as if the homeowners had just stepped out for coffee. Our corporate team of six appreciated the large living space that provided privacy for each individual with ample common areas for collective conversations. Thank you!
