Perfect for our family of 4 and like it being an end unit. Great location in Winter Parks. Dog friendly with walking paths.

Great location

We had a great visit. Although the place could have been a bit cleaner, the villa is nice and equipped with everything you will need. The stairs were a challenge but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful townhome

New townhome, nicely furnished and had everything we needed with our kids. Easy to get in and out of, close to downtown, and convenient for skiing. Would stay here again.

Roof Top view was amazing

Beautiful condo. Wish there was more storage in the bedrooms, but other than that it was a great stay! Winter Park is a great little place! We all had a great time.

Great Stay!

We stayed with our adult families and an infant. It is a great location with easy access to town. The kitchen was stocked beyond any other place we've stayed (appliances/dinnerware/utensils/spices/oils/baggies/etc). The rooftop was great with hot tub, BBQ, and table. It was very clean, modern, and roomy. We enjoyed our stay immensley!

Cool new building with easy access to slopes

Recent construction. Modern style. Easy access to the ski area via the Winter Park bus system. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the condo. Would be cool in the summer with the roof top deck.

Winterpark 2023

This property was outstanding. The cleanliness was five stars. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens I have stayed at, and it was close to everything. I would not recommend this property for young children or elderly people because it is four levels, but perfect for adults and older kids

Winter Park Escapes - the best units, the best service!

We've stayed with Winter Park Escapes twice now. The units are always immaculately clean; beautifully appointed; cozy and yet modern and updated; and so perfectly located to enjoy all the area has to offer. The team is responsive, kind, and wherever possible, incredibly accommodating. It's like working with a small family team, rather than a call center - we had no issues, but special requests and inquiries were immediately responded to with the greatest customer service. We won't book anywhere else in the Valley and will be back soon!

So much more than we expected

The best vacation to date! I cannot say enough about our experience. The condo was so much more than advertised. We had plenty of room to come back and relax without being on top of each other. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. After one night we were already discussing our return. Communication was timely and easy.

Cozy and clean Winter Park townhome

We had a great family trip to Winter Park! Had a little trouble accessing the townhome upon arrival due to a front door code issue, but management was quick to resolve the problem. The townhome is so cozy and was so clean upon arrival. Furnishings and bedding are so comfortable! Views of the mountains from every room are beautiful! Safe and quiet neighborhood was also a plus! My teenagers really loved the rooftop hot tub. Shuttle access to Winter Park resort is a quick walk across the main street. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

Pros- Comfortable and nice interior. Great roof tub area and hot tub. Spacious kitchen. Radiant floor heat. Super close to shops and restaurants. We stayed here once before and are a repeat! Cons- construction surrounding the unit. I wish this had been disclosed as we woke up to trucks beeping and construction during our trip that was intended for a peaceful mountain getaway. Very bummed! Ask before booking if this is done. Lots of stairs which was fine for us, but not for everyone.

Not too bad

Property is a little worn out already, considering its age. Property Mgmt company was responsive to issues getting into property, but then didn’t follow up on an issue with the hot tub that we had to figure out ourselves. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and this is a perfect place for a family that doesn’t want to eat out for every meal. Not a bad place to stay at all… just needs some fine tuning.

Fantastic Summer Stay

Had a great stay in the brand new, extremely well stocked unit on the southern part of Winter Park town. Management was much better when compared to last several VRBO or AirBnB stays. Great value in the off-season, we will definitely consider this property for the future.
