Holiday home of 90 m2 on two levels, plus a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea. The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of 300 m2 which is shared with the apartment located on the ground floor. A private terrace is reserved for you. The beach is located 300 meters from the villa. It is easy to park cars either in the street or the parking lot.

Pets considered if they are clean and always accompanied by their teacher.

Les plus : Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire et petit cadeau de bienvenue (une bouteille de cidre nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur)Villa proche de la mer et du centre ville,Grande véranda accueillante avec vue sur mer.Beaucoup de vaisselle et batterie de cuisine en bon état. Grand réfrigérateur Les moins : Cabinet de toilette petit et vétuste, cuisine petite pour une location de huit couchages. Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la propriétaire avec qui nous avons pu échanger en amont de notre séjour. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de 2 plages (celle du centre de Pléneuf à 300m, et celle des Vallées à 15mn à pied mais qui vaut le détour), plusieurs parcours de randonnée et le voisinage est calme. Nous avons passé de belles vacances reposantes et la vue sur la mer depuis la véranda nous manque déjà !
