Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.

- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).

- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.

- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.

- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

Filthy and unsafe - don’t risk it
The location and parking are great. The size of the apartment is good too. But it’s FILTHY. It’s not just a “cute” amount of dirt either. It’s long-term build up. When we arrived we found cocoa pops crusted onto the kitchen table. Fingerprint smears in the kitchen. Fans were encrusted with dust. The walls had a coating of dust too. We kept finding plastic straw wrappers everywhere including in the shower and under the table. There was a stain on the pillowcase. There were no cleaning supplies to be found so we went and bought some and gave the floor a hot wash which it sorely needed. The water that came off the floor was dark brown. When I let the rental agency know how I’d found it they offered to send a cleaner in. I declined because that’s something that should have been done before we got there. It’s also ridiculously hot - there is no air conditioning. Window latches are broken and the blinds are disgusting so you wouldn’t want to touch it anyway. Fans are supplied and these are great to have. I say it’s unsafe because there is no deadbolt or chain on the front door. At 10pm on our final night a man from the rental agency knocked on the door. By the time I got to the front door, he’d put his key in the lock and opened the door. He was very apologetic when he realised I was actually there but I was a bit shaken and couldn’t sleep. I ended up barring the door. This is just a money making scheme, they don’t care about cleanliness or hygiene, just want your money.
