Enter to the warmth of rustic wood floors open plan living/dining area with a homely dinning table and luxuriously finished kitchen. Two bedrooms, both queen beds dressed with heavenly plush bedding and two bathrooms.

Steep driveway to access this superb location so drive with caution as you take in this wonderful location backing onto the Hepburn State Park. Lithic House Two is Dog Friendly but has does not have any fencing around it. This property has two internal steps.

With stunning views from every room Lithic House Two is outstanding contemporary architecture and a serene retreat right in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Underfloor heating and split systems in each rooms compliments this beautiful property

Beautiful property with bush outlook.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in this peaceful property. The amenities are first class and it was a joy to be able to wander out the front door straight into the bush for a walk with the dog.

Amazing getaway house

Back to nature. Love having my morning cuppa looking out to the bush. We were lucky enough to see kangaroos hoping by. Beautiful house with everything you need to have amazing stay.

Lovely place

My friends and I spent 2 nights here and it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was clean and the location was perfect as it was close to the shops but also deep enough not to hear any sounds from the road. They provided everything we needed for our stay and we were very pleased with everything. The fact this place was a dog friendly house was an even bigger plus point. Even the dog loved the view and enjoyed his stay :)
