Location and style

Beautiful little spot for a weekend away. It was small, but for a weekend fit a family of 5 fine. Awesome location. Would definitely recommend.

lovely get away for 2. nights

Beautiful location and lovely short walk to the beach but I think I may have missed details in the listing as I was expecting an outdoor area and proper bathroom and kitchen. Was great for a 2 night stay.

Sorry some listing details were missed. We have been careful to provide as much accurate detail as possible and given our review rating of 5 for 99% of our other reviews this is a concern. Also note the recent award from the Australian Institute of architects for the best Newcastle residential (alterations and additions) 2025. Regards Chris

A wonderful break away from the rush

We had a great stay in chris's compact but well thought out "designer tree house" set on the hill overlooking the beach. Chris was on hand and helpful as needed and we found the space perfect for 3 adults and a toddler. The beach a short clamber away cant be beat!

Peaceful Getaway

Had lovely weekend getaway. The place was tidy and neat. Beautiful filtered views of the beach. A short stroll to the beach. Very peaceful. The perfect place to unwind. Chris was a great host. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Pearl Beach Treehouse

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in Pearl Beach. We loved our time away at this property. We felt like we were perched up high in a treehouse. The property was clean and so cosy, with a stunning outlook. I loved curling up in the window/reading nook with my book. Thank you to Chris for making our stay so relaxing and for being so welcoming on arrival.
