Wonderful Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The lake was really close and a park in walking distance. The location and weather were PERFECT! Everything was in the house that we needed. Kitchen was stocked. H‑E‑B was close by. Easy to communicate with the owner. House was perfect when we got there. I wish we had some chairs out front to sit in, but we forgot to bring ours as well. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and have some family time. We needed it.

Unsatisfactory & A HassleTo Get A Refund

We spent 1 hour total in the rental because it was so dirty - doors filthy, refrigerator had hair, dirt and a used sponge in it, stove had cooked on food in the electric burners and the oven was dirty. The marble looking counters in pictures looked like marble but were in fact stuccoed with a thin plastic cover that had a marble look to it. I asked for a refund immediately from the Owner, reported it to VRBO and Evolve. I had no response to my many emails, and slow responses from the owner, and in the end VRBO stopped communicating with me about the complaint. I was finally informed I would get a refund yesterday afternoon nearly 1 full week after I first requested it from owner last Saturday. We will not use VRBO or Evolve again. Ever.
