2 Landrail Street, Peregian Beach - The Sun Tower House

This house is impressing with it's amazing views, sun drenched pool and it's size. With three levels to the house, plus a yard, there is ample space to spread out, but also has the perfect settings to come together.

You are welcomed into a large entry way, which leads you to the different areas of the house.
Step down to discover the huge combined kitchen, dinning and sitting room which over looks the pool. This is a great space to come together and share quality time and entertain.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with plenty of bench space, two sinks, a double door fridge freezer plus a bar fridge, microwave, oven and a dishwasher. From the dinning, step out to the back patio with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dinning setting where you can still easily interact with everyone inside.

On this same level but separate to this living space is two of the three bedrooms, one having two single and beds and the other with a queen bed. In between each bedroom is a combined bathroom and laundry, with a toilet, shower and vanity on one side and the washing machine and dryer and laundry bench with sink on the opposite side.
There is also a media room, with a large flat screen TV.

Airconditioned Family/TV room, Queen sized bed room has air conditioning also.

Head up a level to find a quiet landing where you could spend time reading a book or work at the desk while you look out to the ocean. The main bedroom is also on this level with a king size bed, facing out to the ocean, a large walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath combined, toilet and vanity. Head up another level and you find yourself at the top of the tower with spectacular 180 degree views.

There is a double lock up garage for secure parking for your stay and a fully fenced grass yard at the side of the house.

This property is not suitable for infants because of the stairs. A small pet is welcome (under 15 kilos)

Close to beach access
Good house pool and open living area. Only TV in cramped media room made family movies hard. No ocean view unless in the main bedroom or tower. Well fenced and pet friendly. 20minute walk to the shops and restaurants.

Great location, not well presented but needs some TLC and the little things to make a holiday great
The property was not maintained, doors didn’t lock, pool was dirty, yard not mowed or weeded. An issue with sewerage and plumber had to come. No cleaning products to use, we were there for 10 days. 1 toilet brush and 3 toilets behind pool was garden rubbish and it was bit dog proofed, disappointing
