Endroit charmant
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce chalet, très calme et très reposant. En partant nous avons malheureusement oublié quelque chose de très important et le propriétaire n’a jamais répondu à mes nombreux messages … Si vous chercher le calme au bord de la rivière c’est l’endroit parfait, mais faites attention à rien oublier !

Nous avons adorés notre séjour au Chalet Golden. Idéal pour relaxer. Peut-être mettre plus en évidence le fait que le chalet fonctionne à l'énergie solaire. Pourrait nuire à certain. Parfait pour les chiens. Sinon, pour notre part, si nous avons pas de WIFI, aucun moyen de communication avec le gestionnaire. Mais nous donnons quand même un 4.85 sur 5. Merci pour les beaux moments passés au chalet Golden

Endroit super pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la nature. Belle terrasse bien exposée. Beaucoup de possibilités aux alentours pour observer la faune et la flore.

Chalet paisible à proximité
Ce fut un beau séjour pour décrocher et profiter de la nature. L’accès à la rivière, l’aménagement extérieur et intérieur ont rendu notre passage très agréable. Nous avions tout ce dont il fallait dans ce confortable chalet. De plus, les communications avec l’hôte étaient rapides et efficaces :)

Beautiful listing - UNDISCLOSED rules and issues
Stayed with an adult (me) and 2 kids 13 and 14 in July 2023. I really really wanted to love this place. Beautiful house (although unfinished) and far off the main road. You’re in the woods and there is a river right out back you can listen to all day. Unfortunately had several issues. *This home is on solar power and backup battery.* Once we arrived, there was a list of rules given, but it’s all in French. Had my uncle translate. These rules are not disclosed in the listing. You cannot use a blow dryer or flat iron, a toaster, a clothes iron, or charge more than 3 phones, etc due to the power. I told the owner I was coming for a wedding and I had planned to prepare for the wedding here, but had to do it at my uncles. This was very frustrating. We came during a heat wave and the house was up to 100 degrees F and the ceiling fans were not working. He said we could use a plug in fan and said he would bring one, but it did not arrive for 5 days after the heat was over. So we could not spend any time here. The owner was away for work in the city and was hard to reach. If you want a glamping experience, this would be great, and eco friendly, but because this was undisclosed, it ruined some of our time in Quebec. Beware booking this place if you feel you’ll need electricity. If you want an eco friendly place in nature with minimal electricity, this place is 5 stars. As of now, these issues are not disclosed in the listing.

Beau chalet, bel emplacement, mais alimenté à l'énergie solaire
Chalet joliment décoré très bien situé sur un terrain isolé en bordure de rivière. Sentiers pédestres à proximité. Au moment du séjour, il n'y avait qu'une seule chambre fermée sur les trois - les deux autres étant sur la mezzanine à aire ouverte. Des travaux d'aménagement et de finition étaient à compléter, mais le rabais pour "nouvelle inscription" compensait ces désagréments. L'alimentation électrique à l'énergie solaire rend le chalet écologique, mais dépendant de la lumière du soleil. Les batteries se sont vidées durant le séjour, amenant une interruption d'électricité en soirée jusqu'au lendemain matin. Heureusement, le réfrigérateur, le poêle et le chauffe-eau sont au propane et continuent de fonctionner en cas de panne de courant.
