Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy.

Located at the Kapalua Bay Villas #11G2, "Kapalua Sunset" is a large, 1100 square foot, ground-floor single level, ocean view condominium spacious for 2 adults looking to stay in a comfortable home, not a "hotel condo". It is in walking distance to three white sand beaches, including 'Best Beach' at Kapalua Bay. The lanai opens up to the landscaped lawn giving more 'outdoor living space.' Watch the sunset next to Molokai from the spacious lanai. The wall of windows in the living area brings the outdoors in! You can eat every meal on the protected lanai--no wind! This is a unique feature to our villa. Other condos and buildings can be too windy to eat on the lanai, but ours is great for al fresco dining! The tile in the living and dining rooms keeps the indoors cool, as well as the passive cooling from the trade winds when the louver windows are open.

The Bedroom has a small garden/ocean view from the lanai. The plank flooring and rugs in the bedroom matches the decor. There is a King size Sleep Number the firmness to your comfort level. The original artwork in the bedroom has island themes that are both soothing and interesting to look at. No other condo will have the island feel and look.

Our collection of guide books are there to help make your trip easier to plan once you are there. There are also beautiful 'coffee table' books highlighting Maui and the other Hawaiian Islands, as well as the Tahitian Islands and other islands around the world!

Two Championship Golf Courses are located in the Kapalua Resort Community. There are two tennis/pickle-ball courts outside our door that are free to play on (racquets are available in the office). The great shops and restaurants within the Kapalua Resort Community make it so you never have to leave the area. There are three pools to choose from on the property, with BBQ kitchens, restrooms and showers. Watch the Sentry Tournament of Champions (formally the Mercedes Benz Championship) and all sporting events on the Smart TV! Walking and hiking trails are throughout Kapalua. Walk the trails at the old Village Golf Course for a super hike, take the Mahana Ridge Trail to the Maunalei Arboretum and see what grows in the rain forest (17 miles round trip). The Kapalua Zipline is always an adventure in the rain forest!

The historic Honolua Store underwent complete remodeling to offer more dining choices from the new kitchen and deli, serving breakfast, lunch and light dinner fare. Eat on the patio and watch the world go by!

The condo as been updated while keeping the integrity of the original design. You will feel like you are in an island home upon entering the front door.
