Summary:

Expect to be wowed by this immaculate newly built 3 bedr, 2-bathroom holiday home, offering a perfect family or couples getaway. The open plan living area and 2 of the bedrooms flow out on to a wraparound deck and fully fenced section. You will be within a 4 to 8 minute walk from the beach, a variety of cafés, restaurants, the supermarket and Blake Park / Mount Sport Centre.



The Space:

Campbell Retreat is finished to a high standard and equipped with quality furnishings, a heat pump / air-conditioning for year-round comfort as well as smart tv’s in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms for rainy day entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen is center stage in the open plan living / dining area. The master bedroom with ensuite has a super-king size bed and opens on to the deck. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed also opens on to the side deck where you can soak up the sun on the bench in that area. Bedroom 3 is spacious with 2 king single beds.



The sun-drenched deck offers plenty of choice for a quiet morning coffee or fire up the bbq and enjoy alfresco dining. The double garage with internal access to the house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There is additional parking for 2 vehicles in the fenced driveway as well.

Campbell Retreat is a great holiday home, excellent location handy to the beach, Blake Park, New Word is around the corner and plenty of other easily accessible destinations. The house is very comfortable and as described/pictured. The communication is fantastic with easy instructions and information. It was ideally suited for our family and we would recommend to anyone considering this property.

A lovely house to visit

This was a really lovely, comfortable property. Everything we needed and more was provided in the home for a pleasant stay. A 3 min walk to the local supermarket and shops. 8 min walk to the local RSA and beach. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay again.

Family celebration

Our mixed family group stayed here for a family celebration. The house was lovely and clean and we appreciated the little extras. More than the minimal crockery and cutlery. Used the cheese knife and platter. Nice shady deck. Very close to the New World and easy walking distance to the beach.

Fantastic Holiday Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect spot to explore Mt Maunganui from. An unexpected benefit was the proximity to the grocery store. But in general we found the home to be amazingly cozy, clean and luxurious. Property managers were great to deal with. We loved our time away while here.
