House was as-advertised (two levels, three bedroom, part of a four-residence duplex). Functional appliances (host was responsive on any issues). Clean—worked well for a family (we rented the property to allow for a summer work term in Dawson Creek). Location is at the NW edge of town, and worked well. Car required for commutes across town. We would recommend the property.
