Beautiful place. My family and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway to kick off Christmas vacation. Very cozy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area all within walking distance. Tyler is an exceptional host and is very prompt with communication. He makes sure you have everything you need. The pictures do not justify the views. It’s one unit away from being at the very front of the building and the views are spectacular! You have both ocean and city views. The owner is easily reachable and if you need anything he’s there for you. This place is close to everything you need in the Brickell area. We’ll be staying again in the future!

Christmas Vacation in Miami

The unit was exactly what we were expecting. We had a slight snafu at check in (after midnight) which was quickly remedied in the morning. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. The elevator was pretty quick for being on the 42nd floor. Cute, trendy neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to MetroMover public transit.

The condo has an amazing view both day and night. It has everything you need and close to everything. Very easy checkin process. The building has 6 elevators that are fast. We will stay here again!

Everything about this place was perfect! Walking distance to many places and Tyler was always very responsive. I would say the only downfall would be the pool closing at 8. It has a beautiful view of the city and it would heavenly if the Pool was to remain open to enjoy that view.

I think this review was submitted incorrectly unfortunately. It appeared Heather enjoyed her stay, here was the last message I received from her: “We cleared out by 11 Stay was great There were not any sheets or blankets in the couch - Send me a link to leave a good review” Which I replied and apologized and mentioned that I would have sent up an extra set of sheets. Anyways, hopefully it was just a misclick and she didn’t think it was 2/5 because I try my best to make all my guests stay’s are wonderful! 🙏
