Definitely a keeper!

Perfect location. Beautiful, well equipped apartment. Just what was needed for a short stay on the Gold Coast with friends visiting from the UK. Will most definitely be checking out other Bliss properties in the future.

Beware of the 4x average cleaning fee

Despite the great location, this property failed us. The cleaning fee is almost 4 times the average, and although we only used 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and found dirty cups and pans, the manager was not willing to negotiate. The manager was also not responsive when asked to fix the non-stop issues with the Wi-Fi, and generally quite rude in their tone. I would never stay here again because the manager was not environmentally friendly, nor a very “nice” person in general. Look elsewhere folks, save yourselves the drama that you don’t want when on vacation. Ps- I’ve taken extensive photos of the dirty pans and dirty cups upon arrival, and taken photos of the presine condition I left the property in, for the fear of retaliation to this review.
