Beautiful View

The property is very well equipped and clean. Tons of amenities and a great view that you can enjoy because the lanai is in the shade all day and evening! It is a hike to the adult pool but a beautiful walk!

Family Celebration

First, please visit Maui -- the island needs tourists to keep coming. And, Maui remains one of the most beautiful places in the world! The condominium that we stayed in was truly amazing. It was above and beyond the description and the property management company did everything possible to make our stay perfect. It was a perfect location; close to everything including dining, shopping and especially the beach. We were very pleased and throughly loved our vacation.

NoKaOi - The Best!

The Grand Wailea Villa was all that we expected and more. Beautiful location and every possible need was anticipated and provided. An unexpected problem with the private elevator to the Villa was quickly corrected by moving all of our stuff to a different condo with an even better view. Could not have asked for anything more. Definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.

Phenomenal!

Everything was perfect about our stay. M511 is a beautiful unit that we will certainly reserve again on our next trip. The Wailea Beach Villas are wonderful. Well-located, we were walking distance to some great restaurants (Morimoto, Ferrarro's, MonkeyPod, Nick's) as well as having access to the services of both the Marriott and Grand Wailea. Plus, they are right across the street from the shops and restaurants. The complex is quiet and well-designed with a kids pool and a separate adult pool, along with its own separate are on the beach. Paradise Villas, the agent managing the unit we reserved, were always available and ready to help. I'll look for them if I choose somewhere different than M511!

Incredible stay

We have stayed at some pretty great places on Maui, but this by far was our favorite. The location is perfect, the view was incredible, inside had everything and was immaculate and it is a short walk to one of our favorite beaches.

5 Star accomodations in paradise!

This penthouse was just beautiful. Very well stocked of everything you can imagine you may need! Panoramic views of Wailea beach from this 5th floor penthouse. Very comfortable beds and awesome kitchen to cook in. 2 refrigerators and 4 pull out drawers. Office with printer can also be used as a 3rd bedroom with Japanese doors. Beautiful orchids delivered also. You won't be disappointed.

The Perfect Stay!

My daughter (16) and I were very pleased with the location, privacy and the most amazing views that this property had to offer. The unit was very roomy, extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a short and very beautiful walk through the complex to get to the beach. We had an even shorter walk to the Shops at Wailea where we enjoyed shopping and dining. We really enjoyed not being in a hotel environment with constant noise and people everywhere. We would/will definitely book this unit again for future visits to the island and highly recommend this unit to others...you will be very pleased. Mahalo!!

What a fantastic trip! The condo is fabulous and we didn’t want to leave.

The condo is even better than it looks online. The kitchen is so well appointed you can literally make anything. The location is so great you can walk to everything. Already booking for next summer!

Outstanding Holiday Vacation in Maui

Our entire stay was outstanding due to the efforts of Private Paradise Villas. From the the initial process of establishing a reservation through the entire trip everything was first class. The villa itself was beautiful and extremely well maintained. Everything we needed during our stay was available in the villa including everything we needed in the kitchen. The grounds are impeccable. The daily service was professional and excellent. The proximity to the pools and beach was fantastic and the service crew at the beach was outstanding. The shops at the Wailea Village are an easy walk for any immediate needs.. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Highly recommend the Wailea Villas and the Private Paradise Villas for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

Very Nice Property

I stayed here with my wife and 3 boys for 10 nights over spring break. There is more than enough room for my 17, 15 and 11 yr olds. I Love the property and convenience of the shops. We have stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas before and this unit is probably a little nicer than others we have stayed at. There are two pools at this resort. The nicer of the two overlook the ocean but it does not allow children under 18. The second pool is also very nice next to the penthouse suites so you could be on your lani and overlook your young kids in the pool. The only disappointment was we were promised a late departure (we had a 10:00 pm flight) if available when I booked the condo 6 months earlier. We were told the day before that they were not able to accommodate the request even though the unit was empty for the next two nights. They would have had to change the cleaning crews we were told. You can't claim to have Four Seasons Service and then not accommodate a simple request. If someone was in the condo that night I would completely understand. We have already booked the Wailea Beach Villas again next March but are staying in a different unit with a different management company. I would use Tropical Beach Villas again if they had a condo I specifically wanted to rent, but I would certainly look at all of my options.

To guarantee a late checkout, guests are encouraged to purchase another night - something that Four Seasons and other five-diamond resorts around the world also recommend. We take great care in making sure we have the time to prepare each villa properly for an arrival and quite often this takes more then one day. This rental exceeded our expectations!! The home and the grounds were beautiful and comfortable, the views were amazing and the beach access was fantastic. Even though we were in Wailea during the busy spring break time, we did not feel the rush of the crowds. Very convenient to be able to walk through the back gate into the Shops at Wailea. Tropical Villa Vacations took very good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Amazing Family Vacation

This place was amazing. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need - from waffle maker to espresso machine - and everything in between. The place was spotless, roomy, and luxurious. My boyfriend and i were there with his three teenage girls. We had an amazing time. Love, love, loved it!!! We will definitely be back. One negative note - there was a problem with the children's pool while we were there, so all guests had to use the "adult pool".
