My family stayed here for my brother’s wedding at the Bell House Barn. I was a little apprehensive about it since it’s basically in the middle of the woods, but we were SO pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The place was immaculately clean, linens and towels were very obviously freshly washed and smelled great, beds were comfy enough and there was plenty of space for all of us! The only thing I would note is that none of the curtains fully cover the windows so it gets bright in each room very quickly. Something to consider if you’re traveling with young kids, but otherwise it was perfect!

Dega with my family.

A most wonderful getaway to rest and relax after long days of racing. The grands loved waking up to deer or turkeys walking around the cabin. Loved the slow walk down to the river and the peacefulness of being back in nature. An absolutely wonderful place to detox from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A great thanks to Lex and Robin for having this available for our vacation.

Off the Grid

It is certainly accurate to say its off grid, and wonderful with it. Perfect place to recharge and reconnect. At the end of a long hilly gravel drive through woodlands that open up to the house. It did not disappoint, trails to walk down to the river, firepit, lots of wildlife including turkey. Make sure you visit the store before arriving,
