A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with new appliances, BBQ, dining indoors and out and two living areas on different levels make it perfect for those wanting room to relax and entertain.

A large sundrenched deck offers a spectacular 270 degree view over the treetops towards the back beach dunes. All set to enjoy sunset cocktails. There is plenty of comfortable seating and shade during the day to curl up with a good book or just relax. Star gaze the night away, this is certainly one place to spend many hours with your family and friends.

A getaway for all seasons. A wood burning stove, air conditioning, two TVs, free WiFi, Netflix, games, magazines, two tree shaded hammocks and plenty of blankets ensure this property is cosy and snug all year round.

Hilltop Getaway is within walking distance (15 to 20 mins) to No. 16 surf beach, No. 16 General Store, Dimmicks and Pearses beaches and the sensational coastal walking tracks, yet only 4 minutes drive to the glorious Bay beaches and Blairgowrie village. You will have easy access to the best of both worlds!

There are split systems (heating and cooling) in bedroom one on the ground floor , as well as bedroom two and the living area on the second floor.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.

This is our second stay at 'Hilltop Getaway'. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces - the garden with the hammocks and deck were perfect for relaxing and the house has everything you need for comfortable stay.We had an issue with the dishwasher and were unable to get in contact with the property management team for a couple of days, despite continual efforts.
